We aim to be as efficient and transparent as possible, offering an equitable recruitment experience for every candidate.
Typically, the recruiting process takes around four weeks and follows the structure below, but given the variety of roles across Supporting Education Group, our hiring process can differ depending on the position you are applying for.
You can apply directly through one of our job adverts that you might find on popular channels such as LinkedIn or Indeed, or by simply visiting our Careers page where you can browse our open positions, find a role that matches your skills and interests, and submit your application online.
You’ll need to upload your CV and some basic information about yourself – this is so we can register your details with our recruitment system. We recommend taking the time to ensure your CV highlights your relevant experience, and please be assured that our recruitment system does not automatically assess your CV – only a member of the hiring team or talent acquisition team will assess your application.
If you’ve been referred by one of our current employees, they’ll share an application link with you that you can use to apply through. Don’t forget to mention the name of the person who’s referred you when you apply – we love to reward our employees for successful referrals!
We work in a hybrid way, with collaboration being one of our values, we’d expect you to regularly be in our support centre, at a local office, or at a customer location to connect in person, at least three days per week.

We aim to provide feedback to candidates who have completed an interview. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we are not able to give individual feedback to every applicant at the application review stage.
However, we do appreciate your interest in our business and encourage you to apply for future opportunities if your application was not successful this time.
